Hydrogen filling and EV charging
AqGas has secured a site for a substantial >5MW solar PV installation adjacent to a busy A road near Nottingham.
The solar will power onsite electrolysers that will directly serve local transport and HGV/local council fleets that are fully hydrogen or fuel-switching also filling mobile hydrogen rigs for larger static uses.
What We Do
Enhanced H2 + Carbon Capture Anaerobic Digestor
Our technology creating enhanced microbial action within anaerobic digesters & that uses the oxygen for digestate treatment is due to be commenced in the next few weeks at a site in Nottinghamshire.
Yield maximisation & displacing fossil-fuelled CO2 production
The system will create sustainable liquefied CO2 for the many customers that have high shortfalls and there is a tiny fraction of the carbon-footprint as compared with CO2 from traditional ammonia and fertilser plants.
Hydrogen and biogas site deep de-carbonisation
The extra power and the extra hydrogen and biogas available will be harnessed to provide EV charging, heat generation & diesel replacement onsite and excess is planned to be transported to a transport hub nearby for H2 & EV fleet filling.
